Thinking of dressing as Taylor for Halloween? We've recieved emails from some of you guys that are, and I decided to compile some tips for you all. I hope this helps...

Back to Taylor's country roots...
Taylor's style has changed a lot this year; she's a lot more glam and on-trend nowadays, whilst still maintaining her country-esque style with floral prints and cowboy boots. An easy way to mimic Taylor's look would be to go back in time a little, to when Taylor was totally country. Make like a cowgirl and don a hat, cowboy boots and one of Taylor's signature floral dresses. Curly hair - a blonde wig is always optional - and Taylor's favourite cat-eye makeup and glam, colorful smoky eyes (see our guides!) should give you a really fun look.

Take 'cowgirl' to a new level...
Taylor's favourite stage style is a gorgeous, seriously sparkly dress and cowboy boots. Team that with the hair and makeup guides we have on site and you'll be looking very glam.

Take some inspiration...
Taylor's favorite Halloween costume was, she says, the twin Chewbacca outfits she and BFF Abigail wore in 2008. We actually have a guide for those outfits under the candid style section of the website, but it may be a little late to order anything now. Check out your local dress-up shop. Taylor's also been seen dressed as an angel, a bumble-bee and a devil, and claims to be 'anti-teeny-tiny outfit.' I'd have to second that; unless your going somewhere themed, I beg you not to dress in revealing, provocative outfits... it's not hot, especially if you can't pull it off.
